This week we are learning about Christmas traditions from around the world. Our classroom is Sweden and the students had fun making Lucia crowns and Star boy hats. Here are our silly and sweet shots with our hats. We will spend the week traveling to different countries(teacher's classrooms) to learn about the traditions there. Hope the children aren't a bit jet-lagged when they get home each day!
Gingerbread Houses were a BLAST! Thank you to all the parents who sent in items for us to use for letting our creativity flow! Thank you also to all the parents who volunteered their hands to hold up roofs and apply sprinkles...the kids had a marvelous time. Hope you enjoy the photos.
Thank you!!!!
Our Thanksgiving feast today went really well. The kids seem to really enjoy the food and we had a lot of parents stop by to visit. Hope everyone enjoys time at home with their families. See you Monday!
We had some awesome looking scarecrows ready to "scare away drugs" for our red ribbon week. The kids had fun walking in a parade through the school. Then we had a terrific time rotating through our Fall Fun Day stations.
