First Few Snowflakes

We couldn't help but take the kids out this morning to let them experience the first few snowflakes falling! They were beyond excitement...I wanted to capture it to send to all of our parents.

Addition with Regrouping








This week we started working on adding 2 digit numbers with regrouping! This is a very hard skill for 2nd graders, but we are learning it quite quickly! Today we practiced regrouping tens using beans and cups! Then we made a flip book with the steps to working out the problems for us to use later as we practice more.
